TechIDManager handles a variety of tasks. It includes managed passwords, individual user password vaults, and shared password vaults. There are many configurable permissions for what a technician can and can’t do within the tech client, from the manager’s perspective. These settings are currently managed under Client Options and apply across the entire MSP.
Recently, we added the ability to set these options on a per-technician basis. If you click on a technician, you’ll see the same options available, and you can override the global defaults for that individual.
For example, if you want just one person to access the Mobile tab or try out a specific feature like the Password Vault—without enabling it for everyone—you now have that flexibility. These options are available now.
