TechClient Version 5.193

This release addresses a few specific customer facing issues, does some clean up, minnor issue fixes.

Changes for this release are:

1. Countdown for clearing clipboard after copy password
2. Internal change to json serialization
3. Better QR Code reading for OPT
4. Recognize URIs with dashes (-) as URLs in password vaults
5. Options for getting username in any format with right click on row or buttons
   1. user (no domain)
   2. user@domain
   3. domain\user
6. Various UI clean up
7. Faster (more responsive) searching in all the password tabs
8. Copy buttons cancels sending countdown
9. Fixed bug related to not always requiring MFA setup on startup.
