TechIDClient.Windows 6.028

This is the first release of TechIDClient.Windows under the TechIDManager 6.0 banner. There are some big changes in version TechIDManager 6.0.

Changes for this release are:

1. Renamed from TechClient to TechIDClient.Windows
2. New button ribbon row with right click features. 
3. KeyMapping screen changes to help with manual KeyMapping.json editing.
4. “Extend” added to allow Just-It-Time accounts to be extended before they expire.
