DomainService Version 2.79

Changes for this release include. 

1. 1. Addition of cmdline “gui” to open a GUI to allow graphically seeing and setting options
   2. Internal changes related to TechIDManager.AzureAD and Hybrid AzureAD setups
   3. Addition of cmdline “host” option to allow for easier self-hosted deployments
   4. Account creation and lookup changes
