TechClient Version 4.114

TechIDManager 4.0!

If you are updating from a TechClient below version 3.188 you must install TechClient version 3.188 and open TechClient before installing 4.114

Changes for this release are:

1. Fixed internal encryption error for updating from versions prior to 3.188
2. Fixed issue preventing login with MFA enabled to TechClient
3. Other non-user facing internal changes
