TechIDAgent.macOS 6.227 is available. This is Pre-Release of the macOS agent for TechIDManager includes a bug fix for creating too many disabled accounts

Known issues with this release:
- None at this time.
Changes for this release include:
- Postpone account creation for JIT accounts until the first activation by a tech.
- Changed install.sh to have a version name
- Added rotation of log files in /var/log/techidagent.log and /var/log/techidagent.err
