TechIDAgent.Windows 6.199

TechIDAgent.Windows 6.198 PRE-RELEASE (formerly known as DomainService) is available . This release has minor changes related server interaction.

Changes for this release include: 

1. 1.  DomainService.exe became TechIDAgent.exe as part of 6.0 branding
      1. Service name changed from RuffianDomainService to TechIDAgent
      2. Command line options remain the same
   2. Speed changes in calls to Host.
   3. Faster disabling of accounts (JIT and Managed)
   4. Removed debugging messages when setting options from command line 
   5. Better detection of default instance (or not) when installing a Shared User instance
   6. Fixed bug with FORCE with updated agents
   7. Fixed bug with initial Options setting for Shared User instances
