Website Update: New Navigation Based on 40,000+ User Analytics

We’ve redesigned the TechIDManager website navigation menu based on user analytics and feedback from over 40,000 site visits. The new structure makes finding information faster and more intuitive for MSPs at all technical levels.

What Changed

New 5-Section Menu Structure

Before: 4 sections with mixed content types
After: 5 logical sections that follow your workflow

  1. Product (was: TechIDManager + Product Information)
    • All product info, How It Works, Features, Pricing, and Demos
    • New “Features” hub includes: Unique Accounts (coming soon), Just-In-Time Accounts, Vault Passwords, Mac Clients, Shared Accounts
  2. Getting Started (was: Installation Overview)
    • Separate paths for new users vs. team setup
    • Clear step-by-step guidance for implementation
  3. Insights (New section)
    • Security Guides (was: White Papers which is also found in the resources section), Compliance Guides (was: Compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements), Newsletter, Blog, Videos, PAMCast Series
    • All of your educational content and industry expert insights
  4. Resources (was: Partner Resources)
    • All practical tools in one place: How-To Guides, Portal, White Papers, Releases, and Notices/Updates

Content Improvements

  • Everything is now written in clear, accessible language while maintaining technical accuracy
